1. Shipping Policy​

  • Free shipping for all orders over Rs. 4,000/-
  • The estimated overage Delivery time (after the order is dispatched) across Pakistan is 24–48-hour delivery is available in the 13 major cities. For remote areas delivery can take 48-72 hours.
  • Order placed before 1:00 PM are usually dispatched same day (Monday – Friday). Order placed on weekend (Saturday – Sunday) are dispatched on Monday. Orders placed after 1:00 PM are dispatched next day.
  • In some cases, handling time maybe more than 1 business day.
  • Timely delivery is subjected to availability of the articles and order confirmation.
  • You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.
  • Orders are dispatched through TCS / Leopard courier services using overnight and 2nd day express services, depending on your choice at checkout.
  • If your order hasn’t arrived after 7 days, please contact us.
  • Note: To avoid unsafe delivery, we strongly suggested getting your orders delivered to your own address. Royal Wear will not be liable for any loss or damage to the order in the case of delivery at the self-pickup point, such as any courier office.

2. Return Policy

  • You have 10 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return with money back guarantee or exchange if:
  • The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete.
  • The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
  • The product received does not match the size ordered.
  • Note: Exchanges and refunds during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellation of prepaid orders, please contact us within 12 hours after order placement.
  • Once the Order is “in process”, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.

4. Track Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.
  • You can track your order on the respective courier website mentioned in your email.
  • If you don't get any tracking updates, please write to us at wearsroyal@gmail.com , or WhatsApp message mentioned on website.
  • Royal Wear cannot be held liable for late delivery/collection by third-party postal/courier companies.
